Working with The Blackbook is easy and hassle free

The client begins by sending us a spec sheet, an existing sample or an idea.

Based on information received we provide a preliminary quotation for samples and bulk.

If accepted we produce a proto sample and deliver it to the client.
All sample fees are returned once a bulk order is placed.

Client provides feedback based on which either a revised sample is made or a go-ahead for bulk production is received

30% deposit is charged in order to start production and delivery date is confirmed.

A shipping sample is sent for client approval.
Once approved our QC team ensure bulk is as per shipping sample

Once QC is complete the client is issued with an Inspection Report.
Balance payment for the goods is due in order to release shipment.
We provide the option to pack the goods per store so no additional handling is required upon arrival.

Standard Trading Terms

Working with The Blackbook is an easy and hassle free experience. Our merchandisers take care of the entire production process from sample development to bulk shipment.

Samples  -  Usually take 3 to 7 days depending on raw materials availability and they are delivered to the client's door by international courier. Sample fees are returned once a bulk order is placed.

Ordering  -  Minimum order quantities for bulk production are usually 300pcs/style although this can vary in a case by case basis. Bulk production usually takes 4 weeks depending on the volume of the order and the season.

Labelling and Logistics  -  Care labels and price tags can be produced on site and attached to the products before delivery. We provide our clients with the option of packing the goods per store which reduces significantly the handling cost and the time to market.
